Hello everyone,
I am very happy to announce the launch of my special vlog dedicated to my upcoming trip to Rwanda in May 2025.
Rwanda is a country rich in culture and tradition, and above all, a mecca for quality coffee. This project aims to immerse you in the world of Rwandan coffee through an immersive documentary, in collaboration with my friend Benoît Clément (BeanBen Café), an artisan coffee roaster from Fribourg.
At the heart of this journey , I will be reporting on coffee, exploring each stage of its journey: from cultivation and harvesting in local plantations, to roasting and tasting.
You'll have the opportunity to discover the producers' passion and the artisanal methods that make Rwandan coffee so famous. Benoît and I will also have the opportunity to share tastings and discussions about this artisanal coffee.
Afterward, I'll be presenting an exhibition of my photographs, which will capture not only the beauty of Rwanda's landscapes, but also the lives of the people who grow this exceptional coffee. This exhibition will be a wonderful way to connect the art of photography with coffee culture. A coffee tasting is even planned during the opening!
However, to carry out this wonderful project, I need your support. Your help will help cover travel expenses, production of the vlog content, prints of photographs for the exhibition, support my freelance photography business, and... the coffee tasting at the opening!
Together, let's discover the wonders of Rwanda and dive into the history and culture of coffee, thanks to the collaboration between BeanBen Café and myself!
